Christmas Ornaments - A Custom Order

It all started with a conversation at work about wine glasses. Which then led to me saying that I could paint on any type of glass.

Christmas ornaments came the request.

OK, so in truth, I wasn't expecting that one! What does a Jewish girl know about Christmas baubles.

But I was up for the challenge and felt confident that I could do this.

Colors? Navy blue, sand, gold, white.

So, off to Michaels I went to find glass ornaments. 

And here they are after I layered the paint and blew it out to make the designs.

Here's a close-up of one of them:

Varnish brought out all the shine of the pigments. 

I carefully packaged them and shipped them off to Atlanta, where their new owner is super happy with them.
